The works of 31 artists are on display at the Bakat Muda Sezaman 2016 (BMS’16) or Young Contemporary exhibition at National Visual Art Gallery, Kuala Lumpur until April 20.
BMS'16 is a prestigious art competition for young Malaysian artists under the age of 40 that was first introduced and organised by the National Art Gallery in 1974.
The winners of BMS'16 was announced on March 15 and the main prize of RM25,000 is awarded to joint-winners Saiful Razman and Shin Pui San.
Artists who have won the Judges award with the sum of RM5,000 are Hafizzudin Abdul Jaidin, Lee Jia Xin, Haris Abadi Abdul Rahim, Ho Mei Kei and Muhammad Colmann Abdullah.
