Aletheia is a solo exhibition by Malaysian artist Shafiq Nordin. This marks his second solo exhibiiton in his career and first with the gallery.
Shafiq's paintings are said to tell stories inspired by his surroundings. "Stories" of the country's political scenario are often depicted in his paintings. Though, it is said that critical messages are often hidden through the use of allegories.
The works range in size from 92cm by 92cm to 238 by 182cm and are priced from RM4,000 to RM19,800.
The opening reception is on Nov 17 at 7.30pm.
